Been driving the truck for a few months now, runs great.got new fenders, 4Runner mirrors, and same interior color sr5 buckets. Feening for 63's, 12" bilsteins, 5.27 gears W/lockers, and 35s.

Looks good, like the 2wd yota as well. how much did you drop the 2wd? any other plans to the 4x4?

traditionally a 7/9 but I didn't get that much out of it. More like a 6/7. 63s and bilsteins along with 35s is next for plans

in a little rougher condition than when i parted ways with it as i BABIED my truck and finally took some abuse it needed. I plan on keeping this for the rest of my life and make this into a trailer queen. im welding the differential this weekend and then soon to hopefully have a 3'' lift on chevy 63's, and in hopes to SAS.

was driving down the highway and noticed a gnarly vibration. my front droveshaft u-joint got its world rocked. tried pressing them out, hammering, would NOT budge. ended up using an oxy torch and ruined the whole slip yolk shaft. got another one and back on the road

What size are those wheels and do you know the offset or backspacing?
Thanks

They're 15x8 but don't know the offset as they came with the truck when i first bought it. I'm guessing somewhere in the -20's. the fitment is PERFECT though, rolled my fender in the rear and have about a 1/4 of clearance and do not rub ANYWHERE at full lock or flexed out.

well my throttle cable snapped going to school and had my buddy tow me home.. a 2 hour road trip for a free cable later, were set. im buying my old 22r that came out of my 86 2wd for $100 and im going to do a block swap as im pretty sure my rings are toasted, i have ZERO power past 40mph. i have a pretty gnarly exhaust leak so im going to try and see how a LCE performance header does first.

Thanks!! Trying to decide between 15X8 with -19 offset or 15X10 -43 offset. I have a 3in lift so I shouldn't rub.......maybe.....

ive been having issues with my truck for awhile now, it feels A: has NO Power, or B: needs new wheel bearings in the rear. i think it could be a clogged cat but have no idea. im starting off by getting an LCE header since i have a pretty big exhaust leak and all around just time for a new exhaust. if that doesnt fix it, im going for an axle rebuild with new shoes to keep it fresh.

anyone running a 22re LCE street performance cam? a local toyota offroad shop is selling them for a good deal. does it suffer your low end? i know it increases your mid-range.

rebuilt my rear axle recently and took a picture of the parts i used. i used mostly OEM parts with the exception of the bearing.
sorry for the blurry image but here the parts you need to rebuild your rear axle on a 4x4.
