Thanks chef, I didn't think it was that bad until I got it all out and looked at it and thought how I could think that it was a good idea to wire it like that, learned from that mistake for sure

Got rid of alot of wiring. Get the wiring harness for the stereo. Makes life alot more simpler. When I get a chance, I will look at my truck and see what those plugs are for.

86.... The plugs LOOKS like the Diagnostic Plugs I've seen on some 'Carb'd' models. I know Brandon(XXXtreme) and I were going over this with a guy... But the fact that they're on the Pass. side,...that seems 'OFF' to me. I think the diagnostic plugs are on the driver side by the coil, against the fenderwell area. I'm EFI, so this might be irrelevant; The two plugs that are active that I DO have in mine, which look like that, are the Coil/Ignitor plug and the Distributor plug...both green.

Best wishes. Hey, don't you have a buddy with a 22R? I thought you did.... If so, just scope his out, ya know? (Sorry, I'm sure you thought of that.... just in case though! hahaha.)

Not sure if Carb'd has a solenoid resistor, but mine looks like that, except its yellow. What about your windshield washer resevoir? Mine has a connection that looks the same also

I do have a buddy with a 86 4runner but he moved away, and plus his was efi converted to carb so he has a lot of plugs going to nowhere. Also got my fuseblocks today, 2 4 fuse fuse blocks, gonna soder them together with a hot leading to one side on each fuse, so instead of running 8 wires I only have to run one. And gonna have 8 spots for accesories. Also started the pickup tonight and it has a misfire now

Nice work, 86! I didn't realize it was your kick panel fuse box! lol.... Did you think about grabbing one from the yard? (NOT saying you need to... just wondering if you had thought about it, lol).

X2 on the label well! haha.

Are you moving the orig. fuse block? Or does it not go there, like my rig? I'm sure you'll post all that up, just curious, lol.

Ahhhh, yes. derr! lol. Ok, see, mine has a cruise control module, etc., ...all kinds of crap there, IIRC, lol. Sorry man. Great job, seriously! If you ever want a really nice box, the DelTech one I have is great, and the Blueseas blocks are fantastically built! But this WILL work..... Nice work.
