ok guys, got back from the coast on friday, just hung out on saturday, and on sunday i made big progress! got my bed back on, battery box made, and rear wiring kinda cleaned up. battery crapped out on me, really need a alternator, so anyone have one?

YEP, ..... Napa! hehehe.... JK, I know it's frustrating to get one thing buttoned up and then hit another, .... but you'll figure it out, I have no doubt
Hmmmm, You're looking for a used, new, MR2??? Whatcha trying to find?
BTW, CONGRATZ on the getting lots done, bud....Good job.

2.) Best wishes on the hunt for the Denso Alt.... You'll find one. Maybe throw in an MR2 alternator as an upgrade? (they're 90A I believe...???)
Right on, regarding the "can't afford it" part... I FEEL YA! You'll find one, bud... keep at it

you can always throw a gm cs-130 or cs-144 in there. the upper adjustment bracket would need to be lengthened a bit, but the wiring is simple. 3 wires match up, and the main wire just bolts on. cheap replacements, too.

auto parts stores will test it for free (pep-boys, autozone, advance a/p, etc)
there are 3 wires that go to the alternator (not including the main power)
-sense
-ignition
-indicator light

Yeah, that's gonna wear on the bearings of whatever alternator that's riding like that, I would think. Anyway, I hear ya as to why.... But I wonder if it's just a quick fix according to instructions by Ian(Irab)???
Wait,
Just to be clear;
The alternator in there, right now, is parallel with the frame, front to back, but it's too 'deep'/or/'short' so it's making the belt at an angle? ........Or the whole alternator is at like 3degrees angle from parallel?

here are the pics of the tinting, turned out real good, 2 light coats on them, just dark enough for my liking and can still see the lights pretty good.
