Thanks man. It's nice to finally have something go right. Got the hubs mounted today and test fit the calipers. Looks like the sfa calipers aren't spaced correctly to mount up and don't fit over the rotors so I tried the ifs calipers. They have the correct spacing but need a little grinding to slip over the rotors. Shouldn't be too big of a deal.

U can see in this pic where I need to grind the calipers.

I'll try to get a pic of the 2 calipers next to each other to show the difference.

Nice work! I had to grind a little off the ifs calipers when I did mine too, but I was using the LC rotors. If i ever need to replace the rotors i think next time around I'm going to use the Taco rotors too!

Thanks guys! As promised from another thread I've got some pics to post up about the options my truck came with.
First off here's the factory sunroof cover.

Here u can see it has a/c, digital clock, and pwr antenna.

This truck has factory rear defrost as well. I've never seen this on a truck this old period.

And a shot of the vertigo seats. I've never thought this pattern was all that rare but other ppl seem to think so.

My truck also has pwr windows, cruise control, and even had the plug in underhood light that I had no clue what it was so I threw it away. Really kicking myself in the butt for that! The fact that this is an 85 sr5 with the sfa and 22re was enough for me to know it was a gem back when I originally bought it. It was a no brainer when the guy I sold it to asked if I wanted it back.

If we could only turn back the clock! It makes me sad that it's in the shape it's in now.

Sorry, been slacking this week. Worked on it today and got the passenger side all buttoned up. Didn't think to take pics during the process either but here is the finished passenger side.

Had a lil mishap while drilling out the clearance holes in the knuckle to mount the caliper. Started drilling a hole and the drill caught and tried spinning my wrist off. Hurts like a mother but near as I can tell I didn't break anything. I immediately wrapped it up for support and to keep the swelling down but it's looking like I'll be going to the dr on Monday. If it wasn't for that I'd be putting the axle back in the truck tomorrow.

I still kept working on the truck after this tho. Last thing I did today was tear the drivers side lockout apart and gave it a fresh coat of paint. I'll get it put back together and mounted tomorrow. Then at least the axle will be ready to go back in. Hopefully my wrist isn't too mangled and I won't be down for too long.
