Looks like a fun time. Kids look like they are having fun by the looks of their faces in the window. Always nice to play around in some mud.

Looks like we are getting some cold weather coming our way and headed out to you. Been raining and getting colder all morning.
Thanks giz. The crappy weather is here. It felt good to get the truck out for a lil bit the other day. Wish I could spend more time working on it. It's hard to stay motivated this time of year and the divorce process has taken the hitch outta my giddyup.

Thanks buddy. I'll get thru it. Thought about selling the yota for a minute but I got over it quick. I've got too much time invested in it to give up on it.

Glad you changed your mind on selling it! I've felt like that before, but then I realize how much I'd miss it,not to mention all the time and money invested, I'd never be able to get what I have into it. Spring will be here before we know it, and along with it some well deserved motivation to get back to work on our rigs!!!

Well unfortunately this is my last update as I sold my truck yesterday. Hadn't planned on it happening but got an offer I couldn't refuse. No worries tho, it went to a good home and the guy that bought it is a Toyota nut so he will treat it right. Hope all is well with everyone on here. I'll still be checking in from time to time to see what u guys are up to.

Dang, I completely understand, but still sad to here you sold it!...

How's your Ford treating you? I might be picking up a 79' F250 this Wednesday. It's a 2wd and has a 460, but couldn't pass it up, all original, no rust or dents, factory paint, belong to the ladies grandpa, she's asking $800!

Can understand and it happens at times but glad to hear it is going to a good home. Maybe another one will be in your future someday. Hope the Ford is treating you well.

Ya it was bittersweet to sell it. If it was going to some punk kid that was going to tear it up I would have kept it. But when he showed up in a clean 87 yota to look at mine, I knew he would take care of it. The ford has been treating me well, saved my butt a few times in the snow haha. Oh, and I bought another one the day after I sold my yota. 78 F100 2wd 302 auto 67k miles. Picked it up for $800. Motor is shot but it came with the original motor torn apart, a roller short block, and a 460 with tranny. Working on a deal with a coworker for a 302 roller motor with a hotter cam, edelbrock intake, holley carb, 1.7 rockers, and msd ignition to drop in it. Think it'll make a fun lil summer toy. Thanks Terry, I'm sure it won't be my last Toyota. I'd love to have a 4 door Tacoma or a 4runner as a daily driver.

Nice score on the 78' ford, looks like it's in good shape! I ended up buying that 79' I picked it up yesterday.

Thanks gizler, I now have a 78 and a 79 ford with 107k combined miles haha. I did score that 302 from my previous post but we're not pulling the motor til it warms up a bit. Oh and the guy I'm getting it from said I can hear it run before we pull it and we're going to check the compression as well.
