I've been looking for a first gen for a while and finally found one. Flew down to Phoenix a couple a days ago and picked up this 82 short box up for $2,000. Hard to find one in such good shape up here in Canada. It has 31 years of Arizona sun baked on the paint. 100,000 miles but she runs great, needs a interior though "any help would be appreciated". Going to get rid of the cap, not sure about the Smitty built bumpers yet, I might keep them. Just happy to have a new project truck. Thanks for having me, All the best...

Congratulation. that's a good deal. Looks like a wash,wax and buff may bring that paint rite back. like it looks under hood.
