I never thought I'd let him go, he's a member of the family, but... I'm thinking about other projects. Here's "Whitey"... He's lived in FL, AL, GA, and is clean, free of rust. Exterior is pretty good, interior is great, except for the missing shifter bezel. I have spent lots of time and $ making sure everything on this truck WORKS. I drive him daily, and wheel him as often as I can, and no abuse. He just turned 20, and 200k miles this month. Headgasket at 190k, timing chain is good. Brakes are great. Mechanically sound. Glass and L brackets are great. Custom rear bumper. More technical pix if there's an interest. Stats: 1987, SR5, Sunroof, 22re, 5spd, 4x4, pwr locks, pwr windows, A/C, alloy wheels, good tires, white exterior, red interior, non-smoker, runs well, minor oil leaks, new shocks, oversize torsion bars, helper leafs, manual hubs, DUAL stereo (4 speakers) with iPod jack. disclaimer-prev owner did the 'custom' paint on the flares.

Damn I wish I had 3500 right now, I want to get of my 95 3.0 auto so bad. I want a 22re, I'm sure you'll sell that fast

One never knows till he tries. I had my eyes on a 96, had to sell my 97 to get it, posted on Craigslist, sold in one day... :-), you could probably do the same.

There's a little oil coming from the input shaft seal on the tranny, but I have only had to add a couple ounces in the last year, and after 10k miles a little haze on the front of the motor. I replaced the front oil seal and did the speedy sleeve on the crank pulley at 190k miles. The rear dif has a slight coat of oil patina in the middle areas, but it does not lose oil, and it uses about an ounce of power steering oil every 5k miles.

Dude I would love to have it, but don't have the money (my dad is losing his job) This thing is the exact runner I'm hoping to get in the future. And to make it even worse I'm in the area (Auburn it's near winder) Oh well, bump for sweet rig. By the way, where was that creek crossing at? I think I recognize the location.

That creek is on the Tray Mtn trail, last week. You need this truck dude! I want to keep it in the family, I'd build a seven car garage if I could afford it LOL. Its a sweet ride, I work over near the Gwinnett Mall, come and look at it one day.

Yeah, I want it desperately. That thing is in sweet condition. I might be able to talk my dad into giving me a ride over so I can drool over it lol. Hey maybe if you still have it in the summer -doubtfully- I will hopefully have a summer job and can pay for it. I don't recognize the name of that place, but it looks REAL familiar. I just can't place it. Well this week I am free and will be in the area, where is it that you work? Pm if you want. man oh man do I want that thing.

Everybody been talkin about Trey mountain on GATTORA, so my youngest boy and I went up to the N GA Mtns last weekend and rode it, and Coopers Creek too. It was COLD though, the inclinometer said we got as high as 4200 feet. In the fall, we were up at Moses in Cullowhee NC, and got to 6000 feet, sweet.
So, I drive Whitey to work half the time, just hit me up on my email when you think you might make it over to Gwinnett. I'll prolly drive him tomorrow and Friday. I need to sell him cuz I'm going after an 84 this weekend. I'm a glutton for punishment.

I might be able to tomorrow, and possibly anytime after that. I have been to Coopers Creek. The last time me and my dad went I got super sick at like 2:00 on the morning and we had to pack up and leave. Haven't been up there since. Would like to though, it's nice up there.

Just so ya'll know I can vouch for Misterzee that this truck is in really great condition. I've driven it many times and even done some work to it
Brakes are STRONG, clutch is good, engine is plenty powerful, and it rides and feels really smooth.
