85 SR5 4runner semi-built 35's elockers
I guess the time has come...I have decided to sell my
4runner. I don't really need the money so no low balls please. I'm the second owner and I've had it for about 7 years. Used it to get back an forth to school and then started building it the last couple years. It's not my daily driver so there are very few miles (less than 2000) on all the new parts. The truck itself has 125k on it. Truck is located in Kitty Hawk NC 27949.
I'll condsider trades preferably for something that could be used as a daily driver. Something that the heat works good in and is quiet.

Engine:
22re with a new top end
Completely rebuilt head w/ 3 angle valve job
engine builder 261 cam
New eng builder timing chain and oil pump.
Thorley header, flowmaster muffler, 2 1/4" aluminized exhaust
Intake and plenium complete taken apart and cleaned.
Fuel injectors cleaned and rebuilt by mr injector.
Jacobs offroad igniton.
K&N filter.
Bottom end needs rings as its started to smoke. I have another 22r with 79k miles on it that will be included. May swap the bottom end in if I get motivated. It's not my daily driver so I don't mind adding oil now and then.
Trans/tcase:
Originally an auto
Swapped in g52 out of truck w/72k miles
New Center Force Dual Friction clutch
Shifts perfeclty
Front Axle:
New High Pinion elocker w/ 4.88's
Longs
Ifs rotors/calipers
1.5" Spacers.
ubolt flip
Sky hi steer.
Rear Axle:

Also have all the parts to for disc brake swap
ubolt flip
Suspension:
Approx. 3" of lift.
3 inch spring in the front.
Axle moved 1.5" forward
Steering box moved forward also.
Chevy's in the back with 2" block
14" rancho's all the way around.
Plenty of flex but not over done.
Body:
In decent shape some rust here an there but nothing terrible. Mostly at the bottom pinch welds and one spot by the windsheild.
Windsheild has a crack on the drives side but it still goes thru inspection.
Fenders have been neatly trimmed
Firewall Has been tubbed to clear 35's with ease
Bumpers.
Custom rear bumper w/swing out tire carrier. Hi Lift and jerry can mounts. Similar to 4crawlers design.
Needs a front bumper
Will fab one up if you pay my asking price.

Inclinometer
Seats are in good shape no tears or holes.
No carpet. Roll in bedliner.
Basic Pioneer cd player with 4 speakers.
Tires and Rims 2 sets:
32x11.50 bfg at on 15x8 alum rims pictured on truck.
Brand new 35x12.5 SSR's on Mickey Thompson forged
15x10 rims powder coated black. less than 1000 miles
Can back soft top also included. This is the nice stainless model with side windows.
I'm sure there is other stuff I'm forgeting.
Price is $6500 with everything included.
I'll be take less depending on what you want...I'm willing to sell seperate the

Here's a few more pics...
The best route with selling my truck might turning it back into a stock truck and selling the build up parts seperately?

Would work fine as a daily driver. I drive it around town from time to time and it will go down the highway also. I've had it up to 85 mph on 35's with no problems. It used to be my daily driver until I found a 87 turbo truck and started building up the 4runner. I get around 18-19 mpg...maybe 20 on the highway with a good tail wind.

I really don't want to tear the truck up but its hard to get someone to pay what you want for something. I know you never get out of them what you put in but I don't think my price it that bad...You'd have a tough time building one for any less if you used all new parts like I did. I'm not talking about even an hour of labor...just parts. I've pretty much taken every last bolt apart and put it back together on this truck. So labor is pretty much priceless at this point
here's the link to all the pics on photobucket.

None of them are really that good. If you want some specific photos I can take them for you with a good camera.
The truck looks alot better with the 35's and can-back on it. I should probably put the other tires on it and take some pics like that...for some reason trucks just look better with bigger tires on them...especially when they're brand new.

Really nice
That is a really nice truck! I might have a buyer interested in my tahoe so if the sale goes down i will hopefully be contacting you. One problem is that I will be flying in from MI. I will let you know if anything pans out!

well I think the truck would make it back but I've never driven it that far. The interior noise in old truck like this with no carpet leaves something to be desired. The heat does work good though. With the cost of fuel and airfare these days shipping it might be a better option
