yeah baby!

...we'll see.

no progress this weekend. cold, rain, wind, and high chance of snow do not make for ideal conditions. i didn't even get to change gear oil in the truck.

Y'know comw winter time you could rig some faux persian rugs as wall hangings and they would insu;ate the walls fairly well... both from a heat [and sound] perspective... heh heh heh... add some Moroccan/Egyptian style candle lanterns with a few incense sticks ... YEAH BABY!!

it'll be a "mount when needed" box. i'm planning on building a tray to set it on the bumper, and remove it when i'm wheeling, dd'ing, etc.

done with the wiring for it. now to test it out

the box is only going to be temporart when i go camping. other than that, it won't be on the rig. so there's no issue with blocking the plate

the plate will be staying right where it is, and the bracket will have wing nuts (or something similar) for temporary mounting.

Ahhhh.. I only asked cuz in CA they would pull ya over, for sure, for 'obstructed rear plate'..... BIG BROTHA! lol.

Very cool, man... I know you're going to have a great time this spring/summer! Can't wait for the pics.........and DANGIT if you're not giving me a serious itching for finding me one! lol. I've found a couple, but they want too much or they need too much work(which I don't have time for right now, lol).

i've learned over the years (the few that i've been working): time = money. i could take days off of work, but then i'd be giving up pay. i could work all hours, but then i wouldn't have any time. i could pay someone to do it for me, but that wouldn't be any fun.

this project has proven to be the eater of resources, but it's oh so fun. this weekend is supposed to be decent, i might have to finish up the trailer wiring
