What the heck was that pile of scrap?... AFAIK the only "Nanticoke" any place is the one on the north shore of lake Erie... which is no where near Scranton... like a day's drive each way and a border crossing...
if the cops/MOT even saw that whatever it was going down the road you be hauled over so fast...
def. calling spam on that one...

There is a Nanticoke between Wilkes-Barre and Shickshinny, I have to travel through it every time I have to go to 92 Toy's house.

My best guess is that this "pop-up" isn't a project he didn't finish, but is a flood victim in the flooding we had. And the guy is too afraid to say so.

Man I don't even see a trailer there let alone a pop-up. That thing is good to make a tow bar out of and that's it. lol.

Hahaha.... Actually, that's really insane, the 'bath salts' thing..... You watch intervention? hahaha. (they just did an episode on that, this guy was TOTALLY hallucinating that shadows were speaking to him, etc.)

yup! and i can leave it sit here with no worries of weather damage. it's actually raining quite heavily right now. but i'm dry

anyway, here are some pics from today. i'm working my way forward so the overlap doesn't "catch" the wind while driving.

the sway bar setup. it helped a bunch

after pulling in

and here's how i'm bending the edges. no brake? no problem! just some scrap wood and a broomstick

and the garage area. the trailer fits nicely any direction you face it, but diagonally gives the most space to walk around it

i'm going to try and finish the rear piece tonight, and do the others tomorrow

more update. i got the rear panel bent and mostly cut. it's held on with 2 rivets for keeping alignment. they will be removed for the next piece.

then i started laying out where the rest of the rivets go

suppertime!

What are the plans to waterproof those rivets? Some sort of rubber "goop"?

And dang, you got lots more rivets to go.

yeah, some kind of sealant. i'm going to seal the outside and inside.

and yeah, i ordered 400 rivets initially, and i need to order ~300 more. that's not including trim pieces (maybe 75)
