auto to 5 speed in a 4runner? easy or worth it?

hey guys, did some searching and couldn't find anything on it, looking at a SUPER clean, and I mean beautiful 4runner, sr5, white, 2in spacers, perfect paint, every option, and everything works, new motor, new auto trans, everything is perfect, looking to trade it for my z71, but I want a 5 speed, how hard are they too swap? have a tranny and tcase, cross member, would need pedals, lines, and what else to make it work? what all electrical is involved? suggestions? ideas?

its been kinda slow over in this section...
its a pretty easy swap:
pedal assy
master
slave
lines
trans/clutch/flywheel

i did it on mine and it was simple, you may have to drill the driveshaft flanges, and you will need to cut a hole for the master but thats about it..

I believe the only working is on the transfer case and tranny. The tranny is just the back up lights and the trans case is the 4wd lights. Your auto has a Safety Neutral switch that will need bypassed
