Swap shops

Hi all, I wrote a while ago asking if anyone knew of shops dong the 3.4 conversion now that ORS is out of business. There was only one lead, a guy out in Oregon or something like that. Anyone do their swap through them? Are there by any chance any other suggestions? For many reasons I can't do this swap on my own now so need someone to do it.

Thanks!

better off just trading for a newer 4runner. The cost of having some else do it is not even worth it. You could probably get a 99 limited 4runner with low miles for around 8k when the cost minus a trade rather than having pay parts and labor.

Thats right...its a 2 door so I don't wanna swap it for another truck. Plus its completely cherry rust wise BUT as always the darn 3.slow is running on 5 cylinders. In any case...the guy out in Oregon was asking for very little money ALL in. Anyone have any experience with them? If not, any other shop suggestions?

Yeah, if i could take the Patrol to the states I would just do that...unfotunately thats not even an option!

I know the swap isn't too hard, but theres sevral problems that make me need someone to do it. One I don't have a garage, and the biggest one, I'm in and out of the country all the time, so no time to do it. Basically I want to have it done while I'm out traveling so I can have a daily driver when I get back. Anyway, thanks for the help. I'll go with this guy after all I guess.
