Body Lift for 3.4 swap on 1988 4Runner

Hello everyone
I have a query
soon hope to do a swap in my DD is a 1988 4runner 3.0 v6 5spd (First gen model)
the donor vehicle is a 2001 4runner 3.4 v6 AT
˟ I have read a lot on this forum about the 3.0 to 3.4 swap
but before putting my hands, the motor is 3.4 larger than the 3.0
and solve it enters the engine compartment necessary or hood scoop or
one body lift, I want to go for the option of the body lift, but I want to be the bare minimum required, with BL 1.5 "would be fine ?, considering I want to keep the IFS system on the 4Runner

Greetings!

my ride

I also have a 1988 4Runner, by mine originally had a 22RE. I already had a 2 inch body lift and a 2 inch drivetrain lift. When I swapped in the 5VZ I ended up using the 1 inch engine lift from 4Crawler. This resulted in effectively being a 1 inch body lift as far as the engine placement-to-body relationship is concerned. The upper intake doesn't look like it clears, but it does.

So, you could go with a minimum 1 inch body lift, or go with a hood scoop. If you are leaning toward the 1.5 inch body lift, that would work.
