Lol well I got tons of help during my swap so I enjoy to help a lot too. If I remember correctly I think it has a feed to each fuel rail. Post pics and that'll help me since I don't got my truck handy

Well the fuel line in the first pic goes to that weird looking hard line that's threaded with a spout looking thing. That's down by your starter and "clutch pin" hah

Forgot you had the manifold off, so the hose in the second pic is what you need to move to the passenger side. One way or another, get it over to the pass side.

And I wish my truck was here so I could snap some picks of what goes to that red cap and where that small hose goes....I imagine some hose from the throttle body or intake manifold goes to that red cap.....

Goin on vacation to Europe for 2weeks tomorrow so I won't have my truck but I'll be checking this thread for sure to help with what I can.

And the clutch pin as you referred to is the clutch slave cylinder that mounts to the side of the trans. It's a hydraulic device that pushes the shift fork, that pushes the throw out bearing that pushes the pressure plate and so on and so forth hah

I think one of the swap threads that are stickied at the top of the forum have pictures of the flipped fuel line. I'm not sure which one it was though. If I remember I can try to take some pictures.

Greetings from Bristol. That thread that you posted pics from is exactly what you need to do. If i remember correctly it goes to a fuel line on your firewall on the passenger side. not the line by your starter, i think its up high. You can certainly use your 3.0 catalytic converter

Your correct with the power steering line that your holding that goes to the red cap. Odd that that fuel line won't reach, I didn't run into that issue. You may have to take that existing hose with the female end off and have a long enough one made and have them crimp the female connection on it. If you go that route, be sure to use high pressure fuel line hose. Don't think that fuel line hose that you flipped goes anywhere other then a male end of a hard fuel line...it doesn't go to that hard line that is sticking straight up, that's like a fuel tank pressure relief hose that went to your charcoal canister for the 3.0 that you won't be using for the 3.4.

Also this is my Throttle positioning sensor I believe. Anyways. My plug off my wiring harness won't fit it because this stupid little lip on the Tps itself. I was debating on shaving off the lip and just plugging it in. What do u guys think? Name: 97F3BCBD-BE38-4517-AF1B-190898A5C38D-357-0000007C296CD1C5_zps70db6f74.jpg

I believe that part coming off your manifold is a for either a cold start injector or your EGR.......

And I would just shave that lip off personally unless you got time to go get one without a lip or whatever

If you "personal message" one of the swap gurus, they will help you with what you need. That's how I got most of my questions answered

You must have purchased a T100 engine? Never actually seen a 3.4 with an EGR however Austin is 100% correct; that is an EGR valve, and its supposed to have a pipe that goes down to one of the exhaust manifolds.

As for the TPS, the reason it doesn't plug in is you don't have the original TPS that came with the vehicle. I am guessing you sourced the throttle body from something besides the donor vehicle? Whatever the donor was, get a TPS to match it and it will plug in. However, if the number of wires is correct and resistance readings are the same between the tow, just shave it and plug it in.

Donor engine is 2000 Taco. But correct that my throttle body/upper intake manifold is off a different vehicle. Believe it's off a 96 tacoma (possibly 4runner) I ordered the EGR valve today along with an EGR pipe. Hope I have the hole in my exhaust manifold for it. I Didn't check. If not then I'm a little screwed around on parts. >.<.

The TPS prongs match up and number of wires. So ill probably just shave it. Was going to buy one from napa but when I read up on them. Most people said to make sure I get a Denso or Toyota Tps. The one from napa was some other brand. Thank you for the help. I'm so close i can't think about nothing but my truck haha.

Evap canister is mounted. Need to find routing for one hose that goes down the fender well. Need to finish with this upper intake (EGR/new hoses), route a negative battery cable, and I think I'm good to go. Waiting for the rain to stop.
