3.4 into a 84 4runner problems

just finished a huge build for a customers 84 mint 4runner, and the 3.4 we swapped in wont start. there seems to be power at the coils and injectors but they are not firing or opening. the 3.4 is out of a 1998 4runner and i also tryed a 97 taco computer incase the 4runner computer got a static charge and fryed its self somewhere along the way. Any help would be appricated, also if anyone has a diagram of the connectors on the the computer that shows which wires need 12v and which need grounds and so on that way i can double check easliy if id miss wired the computer

The the Diagnostics sections of the FSM, has flowcharts of trouble shooting tips based on symptoms and OBD-II codes, and scattered around the various PDFs they show pictures of the plug end of the ECU with the relevant wires. Or go digging through your EWDs.

I'm about 90% sure the chart you're looking for doesn't exist, unless you made one when you made your conversion harness.

With owning and running a shop, I hope you did your homework before you got started on a customer's truck

Oh i did my homework plenty, the problem is time. I cant find a guy to hire that does wiring so i have to do it. I dont have much time i can spend in the shop anymore so it goes slow. And yes i was talking about a chart you would have to make. No worries though it was the crank sensor had no power so i got that fixed and it runs like a champ. I will make the chart im talking about, when im done it will be the only thing you need to wire a 3.4 in anything!

Did you wire up the obd2 port? A faulty crank sensor would have thrown a code as its needed to run.
