HVAC relay came in an the fan magically works again. Looking at my AC manifold there is still some pressure in the system, but the AC compressor was not kicking on. Unfortunately, during this time I noticed a small coolant leak, nothing major thankfully, the hose from radiator to the overflow tank crumbled so it'll be an easy fix.
