We decided to try to weld the hole and redrill in an attept to level the spring bolt. Whats the worst that could happen...........maybe have to replace it anyway?

You can also get rear spring hangers from Toyota:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/4R_suspe...gerRearSprings

The Toyota p/n for the '91 mounts are: 48414-35120 and 48415-35050 (for the left and right brackets).
