quick trail gear question

quick trail gear question
I got whole kit installed and axle in truck it drives very nice and from my avatar pic it flexes good. My only question is after getting everything completed i have 4 bare metal tubes cut at a 45 degree angle about 7 inches long. they were in the box with the shocks. I have no aclue what they go to or if there important. anyone familiar with my hoacky explantion.
