i think i acam across your build thread a couple months ago. Definately a big change between your top pick and the bottom one. Looks like have some fun in that truck.

Sky front kit with Sky's 5" springs. Marlin's 5" springs with lower leaf removed. Front bumper I built, copied trailgear's winch mount but my plate comes all the way back to use the steering box and the old idler arms bolt holes.
First pic is just after the SAS and stock 31" tires. Tires are 35" x 15.5" Swappers.

4" Marlin front (with 2 bottom leaves pulled), FROR crossmember (flush) and shackles (tubes 50mm up from bottom of frame, 50 mm back from front of body mount)
2" Downey Rear (added a stock leaf cut down and 2 small leaves from the front Marlin pack), Downey shackles

I'm getting close to doing mine, got my 4" front kit a week ago. Picked up an 85 axle too, its all torn down right now. 4.88"s are installed on a yukon grizzly. Hope to put it all on next week.

I started this thread, and can now finally post up a couple pictures. Went out in the snow yesterday, and the girlfriend took a couple shots of the truck.

tg front 4" and rear 4" with 6" tg shackles
35"bfg km2
4.88 gears, yukon grizzly's front and rear.
3.4 engine.

No rubbing whatsoever. Just adjust your bumpstops properly. I installed the front hanger flush with the front frame. I am very happy with how everything turned out.

Just put the tires on mine after a full rebuild + SAS. Still not finished the truck yet but heres a few pictures. I think it sits way to high and will have to remove the body lift!

Here is my 98 taco clipped 4runner SAS and rear leaf swap. I used a FJ60 front axle w/aussie locker, taco elocker rear, 4.88s, marlin 4" springs for the 79-85 minitrucks, marlin dual gear drive cases passenger side drop. I wanted to keep it all toyota.

Alittle Update - Painted the truck black and bought new 38.5X16" wide Super Swamper TSL's bias ply. Then bought Crager Soft 8 rims 15" wide... Much better.
