the 1800lb. clucth!!!! i'm running marlins 1200lb with a ceramic disc and it can be a little harsh...i love it though it grabs very strong
the only thing that sucks is holding the clucth pedal down fro like 3mins at a stop...or when wheeling

Thanks man!!
I did paint it myself. I rednecked it in my garage. As a result it is not perfect but it works. With the right gun and compressor it is actually pretty easy. If you lived closer to Humboldt I would paint your rig no problem.
Thanks for the compliment!

NEW CLUTCH

I hotspotted my old flywheel way back from having too big of tires and stock gearing. I locked the rear and re geared to 4.88 and desperately needed a new clutch. I decided while the paint was drying and we are cutting hay to spend the wee hours gitn er done!
I installed a Marlin Super HD clutch kit 1200lbs and had the flywheel resurfaced put in a new main seal and tranny seal and cleaned things up a bit.
I had the tranny out in 2 hours and went to put in the new clutch and LOW and BEHOLD Marlin sent me the wrong clutch. This was Friday at 5pm Guess what, Marlin is closed all weekend Soooooooo I had to wait unitl monday morning
They were totally cool about it, sent the right one overnight and even sent me a smorgasbord of stickers
I had a terrible time getting out the bearing. I had to go borrow a puller. Finally I got it out. The rest went in no problem. NOW the only hinge is I had to replace 2 LED's in my dash (which is torn from hell to breakfast) and they are coming from MO

They better be here tomorrow
I got a few PM's to post up the clutch job pics.
Below are a few pics of the fun

ahhahah , I can't drive it till this little tiny LED bulb comes in the mail. My entire dash is in a million pieces and the seats are out of it.

oh I know!!! Trust me... I am in here talking to you guys/girls while my rig sits in the cold garage.
I need ONE LED. I did a Superbright LED conversion a while back and one of the bulbs blew. I ordered one last week thinking it would get here the same time as the clutch.. but nooooooooooooo.

Utah! I knew that looked familiar. I'm hoping to be down there before you leave we were talking about doing some wheeling down there in the Sanpete area a number of months ago

I just got back from up Mellors canyon. 1st time I had this rig out on a few serious runs. I had my i phone with me but I didnt get any pictures because the sun was pretty much down. I can't believe how this thing performs! It is amazing. I wheeled this place called "axe handle." Steep and about 50 yards from the top is a sharp turn with rocks everywhere. My rig didn't hesitate a bit. If you are out here we will hit it up!
