Trail Run April 30th and May 1st!!!!
Here is the deal!
Trail run will be held at the Sayersbrook Bison Ranch April 30-May 1. (Potosi MO)
All 4 wheel drive vehicles welcome. Jeeps, toyotas, dodges, chevys, hummers, custom rock buggies, etc.
Cost:
Vehicle fee per day. $20.00
No passenger fees!!!
Lunch is optional and encouraged. Additional $5.00 per person for a bison burger, bag of chips, and a soda.
Camping is available Saturday night. $5.00 per person
50/50 raffle will be offered both sat and sun before we hit the trails.
Trail groups:
Easy/beginner (open to all)
Moderate (open to all)
***Full size moderate*** (specifically Hummers, Blazers, full size trucks)
Hard (minimum of 33" tires, lockers recommended)
Extreme (35" tires and a minimum of one locker required)
Itinerary
-Saturday Morning registration at event begins at 8am and ends at 9:30. Quick drivers meeting and 50/50 raffle. We leave for the trails at 10am. Lunch will be at about 12:30pm at the pavillion. Every group will be off the trails by 5:30pm.
Camping will be available on Saturday night. $5.00 per person.
-Sunday vehicle registration will begin at 8:30am and will end at 9:30am. Quick drivers meeting and 50/50 raffle. Groups leave for trails at 10am, lunch at 12:30, back on the trails until 5:30pm. Safe trip home.
Pre-registration highly recommended. Prepay is not required.

Please include in your registration: Your name, nick name, trail group of preference, # of days wheeling, if your camping, estimate # of passengers, and if you want the bison lunch for $5.00 more.
This trail run is based on trail and error. If we get excellent attendance, the prices will remain low the rest of the season. If attendance is bad, rates will be increased back to $35.00 a day and $10 passenger fees. Help us keep prices low for all.

also...the weekend before will be "trail maintience" for anyone interested in helping out...and getting some free wheeling out of the deal.....

here's a tip....find clubs in your area....there are more JEEP clubs than ANYTHING....and when you do that, your bound to find wheeling events!
Maybe plan for the next trail run we do in June - you can camp out at the ranch!
