I'm planning on being in at Marc's around 12-1 and heading up. Your more than welcome to join us! Right now marc is set to head up wed night so Josh's 3.slow will be setting the pace until we hit the hills and I will probably set the pace after that as I will have a full load plus marc's 3rd gen in tow.

60+ people for a registered event is INSANE.
i think we have something like 40 rigs!
hopefully it won't be too bad on the trails since we'll split up into groups of 4 or 5 rigs (8 to 10 GROUPS!) and then everyone can be shutterbugs and rock-posers and not hold everyone else up.
more to come on the trail arrangements...

This is going to be crazyness, I don't think the usual 10min distance b/w groups is going to work anymore. With that many rigs, I'm willing to step up and lead both days.
I would like to take a group to the top of the big stuff to watch the guys willing to go up there into School Bus, Heli Pad, and Garudrail.

yeah, i'm thinking 8-10 groups of 4 or 5 rigs each. all have to start on different trails w/ different paths. maybe meet up at fain's ford or slickrock, but that's limited on parking at both. at least it should be slow that weekend (except for us) since GSMTR doesn't crank up full throttle until a couple days after we leave.

I estimate we'll have 40 rigs tops...but if you look at the registered list, we don't HAVE 40 rigs registered...as we've been registering people, so who knows. Regardless...we'll break up into groups, leaving at least an hour apart perhaps and/or starting at different points on Saturday and that way the sleep laters and slackers can leave later.
Friday will be lots of fun...not too many folks there and we can hit the harder trails and scout the easier ones too.
We'll organize groups Friday night based on who is there and how many groups of each level we think we'll need. (Next year I hope we won't have this problem.
)
Saturday night catered meal/raffle will be at 7:00 p.m.
Looking forward to meeting all the new folks!
All of you who have promised me a beer over the past year...get ready to pay up!

Brian I'll have your beer, don't you worry about that.
Just to remind you I never got my beer from last year after bringing your extra set of doors down.

I have (2) OME N86 shocks for sale if anyone is interested. They are for the rear of a 3rd gen 4Runner. Have about 30k miles on them-$50 for the pair if I bring them to the event. If they aren't claimed by Saturday, then I'm going to post them in the regular for sale section.

I couldn't let 1985 4Runner one up me for sure!
