Cool cool,
I will probably be ordering one this week, waiting to hear back from mike @ extremeoff-road...

I could also bring my huge monitor to look at everyone's pics/video...

With you in tow and the winnie leading the pack, i'd plan on 4hrs from ATL.
that is the long way to Tellico from Atlanta. The fastest way is to take 75 north from the city to Marietta and take 575 up to Blue Ridge and then the 60 Spur into Murphy. You could be in Murphy in an hour and a half from Marietta going this way. From Canton (where I live) it takes an hour and 15 minutes or so.

Someone bring a LCD projector and screen and we'll have a SLIDE SHOW at dinner Saturday night from the pictures...mean a lot of work for someone...but perhaps not if you got the right software tools and you are good at it...regardless it would be AWESOME!

I probably won't be there but I have a software that will make quick work of combining all of the short video clips into one movie that plays with no breaks and some other cool effects.

Yeah, didn't we talk about doing that last time? Surely someone has a projector and screen. If not, we could project it onto the side of Marc's Winnie!

Ive got all the software we would need and more, the new iPhoto is pretty badass...

If someone has a projector that would be awesome but the monitor is kind-of a second best. Its a 23" widescreen so it would be plenty big for the "around the campfire" style hangout but would get pretty small if we were looking at them at the picnic tables.

Thats pretty cool! Good idea too, I used to take all the videos for our basketball team back in my high school days so I can relate. I haven't seen the software yet, but seems like a very profitable idea in this country.

Does anyone know if there's any cabins still available very near by Crawfords? May for 2-4 people?

Chris,

We got a cabin from Tellico Cabins that supposedly sleeps 6 with only 3 in it. But you might try Tellico Cabins. Very reasonable. I wouldn't wait though.

I'd call tomorrow.
