I'm sure there will be room...

Last year there were at least two rigs that had one driver that I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure you could work out riding with someone, its dumb to drive your truck all the way up just to sit. If you want it up there, by all means! But if you can ride up with someone and share gas or something that could probably be possible too. I'd let you ride with us, but we are going to be heading through atlanta this time and not coming from the northern side like normal.

I'd be willing to ride with somebody and pitch in towards gas, but I don't know of anybody coming from the eastern side of Tellico. Seems like everybody is coming from the south, west, or north side. My 4Runner is 2wd, so if I do go on the trails, I would be riding with somebody. I appreciate the offer though.

As of right now I'm completely empty, but I'm hoping I can pick up someone to share the gas and more importantly keep me company for the long haul. There shoudl be plenty of spots to ride, last year I let me friend drive my rig and I rode with Mark up Slickrock, and most of the ppl. on that run were driving alone, it's not like our trucks aren't FOUR doors with a BACK SEAT, you'll be fine. EVERYONE is friendly and easy to get along with, so there won't be an issue.

Now back to making my to-do list for the pre Tellico prep.

Doood! Iwill be coming from Wilmington! due East of you. Evilcow (Dave) I think is coming. he lives in Charlotte. there are plenty of people on the Eastern side of Tellico that can help you out. Hopefully you and Scott can make some arrangements. if not let me know I may be able to work something out with you.

Just remember guys so you don't get left out in the cold...if you want to be a part of the catered meal and raffle on Saturday night you MUST register. The cost is $15/person and the link to all the information is on the first post. There are a whole lot of you talking about coming, not a whole lot of people registered. I'm sure at some point in time, probably 2-3 weeks before the event registration will close as we'll have to have a final count to the caterer...so please, please, please, please...don't wait until the last minute and miss registration.

I don't want to be a hard-arse cranky old man , but I will be, as we will NOT be putting folks names in the hat for the raffle prizes NOR will we be giving out FREE dinner on Saturday night to persons who do not register. There will be NO exceptions. You will have had ample time to register.

Now, if you DON'T want to eat the catered meal, NOR do you wish to participate in the raffle, that is perfectly satisfactory and we still want you to come and wheel, just don't expect us to let it slide on the meal and the raffle. Everyone must do their part if this event is to be a success. We have some great sponsors and prizes offered thus far...so please support our sponsors.

All the registration information and links to other information about the area, as well as t-shirt orders etc. is on the first post.

Will he's going to need to get up with you and Dave somehow, there was a mis-communication with my post, I was talking about having rroom for him and his buddy on the trails. I'm hitting I40 ASAP Thursday morning with Rob and heading to meet up with Andy and David from Boone.

Yeah bring, "The Jeep Guy", LOL, Selig was alot of fun out there . If you registered the baby, thenI'm gonna pack my truck full of random girls I know and register them just for the extra chances. I might break even after I pay for their hotel rooms.
