I can probably get Fat Tire here in Farragut at the Fresh Market. Give me some alternatives to Fat Tire and I'll check for them also. I'll be going by there tomorrow to pick up some Filets to throw on the grill tomorrow night.

 

Anything Belgian would be great. Mexican which Sol is would be fine, but get a bunch of limes then. Negro Modelo is from Mexico and is the last Austrian dark beer. Imagine that, guess how it got there?

So if Murphy is dry, I seriously doubt they have a strip club or a H(.Y.)TERS.

 

Yeah everybody stock up before you hit the mountains, random counties throughout are dry, it can get to be a PIA stopping every few miles hoping for "the goods".

everywhere's not THAT bad, but don't expect to see much other than some nice rural scenery on your trip from the airport down to the cabin. we'll actually drive down trail 1 thru tellico orv to get to the cabins. trail 1 is basically a gravel road. if we have time, we may have a detour here and there along a "scenic route"...

oh man- as far as b( . )( . )bies go, you're going to be SOL - really. there's a place in knoxville called "the katch". i can only imagine what you could katch there. there's another place called "the mouses' ear". it's an all-nude. lots of places in the rural areas of the south don't sell any beer at all. the ones that do sell beer, don't do it on sundays unless you're in a "big city" or college town. you really think that there's a strip bar on every corner?

I shot you a note with the secret info, but the guys make a valid point. I never wore the kilt to the country bar because we all knew that both in a place like that would end in death.

 

A long haired guy in a kilt in the section of TN/NC we will be in...the locals would just think you were a local girl.

Anyone going through asheville, there are a few places to get some really good beers. They just raised the legal limit for beer in NC so there are some that will really put you on your arse! Let me know if your guys want to stop in, there is a place right off the hiway that has a good selection. Its a health-food grocery store so they have all sorts of good stuff/meats etc etc...

First post update...we are growing slowly but surely.
