Try the Rausch Creek forums if you don't have any luck here. I'm going Saturday with some friends, but I didn't plan the trip and last I talked to the guy that did, he wanted it to be a small group this time. What's your rig's specs? I'll look for ya. Mine are in my sig.

Hey Nate,

I'm sure you were the one that was wheeling with me at Takeover on Saturday. I can't think there are too many Nates with 83 pickups around.

Matt: I think you left when Nate showed up.

I'm planning on a weekend in September, probably a Sunday.

Hey guys, I'm only in PA until Sept 24/25th, and I'd really like to make a trip up to Rausch Creek. I think my wheelin' buddy is going to Chile this week so that cancels him out. If we could get a small group to go up, I'm definately down.

Oh, and any day of the week is fine, I'm on vacation every day haha.

Give me a day and meetup time, I guess if need be I can "camp" out in the bed of my truck

Also - I tried finding stuff on their site, I know about the full size spare, I have 5 31" "spares" but I'd rather not try to drive home like that, so I'm going to get a 33" put on one of them hopefully today or tommorow morning. I also heard something about having a fire extingsuisher and other recovery equipment along with? I mean there's the obvious, but i don't know what's required by them.

I've never been to Rausch Creek, but I'm curious as to whether it has the actual mine shafts left there. Our family and alot of family friends used to go to Tremont/Blackwood in the day, most likely trespassing on who know's who's property to go 4-wheeling up there in the early 90's, and I remember mine shafts and a railroad, and really steep hills, like 100' tall. I've actually got video of it.
