Well crap. I am iffy.

My motorcycle decided to take a dirt nap a month ago (with me under it). My side has been sore, figured old muscles heal slow. This weekend did some light wheeling and WOW it is sore, can't get comfortable.

Doc says I cracked a rib, I have a couple more weeks of this. NO dirtbiking lest I really break it and puncture things best left unpunctured. 4x4ing ain't helping it any.

We'll see.

So looks like maybe we should run Iron Chest on Sat Morning and Grizzly in the afternoon.

mt_goat, Mayhem, Mythica, AxleIke, myself, maybe PoorboyYota.

Who has CB's vs. FRS radios? I only have FRS.

Still want to do the Antero massif / Baldwin gulch area trails. Maybe Sunday? If the Iron Chest->Grizzly group gets too big on Sat, then we can split up and half do Baldwin/Antero on Sat.

BTW, I'll be rolling into camp about 8AM on Saturday, unless that's too late. I'll have my KillerToyTop on if anyone wants to examine it.

I have a CB, and will prob be on channel 10.

What time in the Sat AM are we talking for IC and Griz?

I am not sure how long it will take me to get from talyor res to the trail head. Does anyone have an idea on how long the trip down that dirt road is?

Im looking forward to this.

Not sure about the time. I'm figuring 45 min. from the camp area to St. Elmo. If you're aired down when you leave Taylor Park Res. you should be able to make fairly good time over Tincup.

Edit: Looks like I'll have a CB before I leave.

Sorry I didn't post it here before, but I am out for the weekend. I'm having some personal problems and am only doing HC on Friday. I can't afford any more than that.

Long story short, my basement flooded with 2" of mud and water last night. I have spent all day working on cleanup. Slim chance I might be out Depends on how much cleanup work I get done tomorrow and what the wife thinks about me leaving after all of that.

After today's cleanup, I do feel my odds are better about making it.

I'll post my status tomorrow.

That sucks Aaron! Its me Nick (89runner), I just got registered on Yotetech. I hope you can make it man. A little dirt/mud never hurt, seriously though, you made this trip, it wouldn't be right if you couldn't make it.

On another note, are we even allowed to have a up there?

As Aaron has said we are going to get together Fri night and decide who wants to run which trails. If a large # of people want to run the same trail on a given day we can split up the group and stagger the start with the more capable rigs in the front so they don't hold up the second group.
I like your guy's thinking , I'll see you Friday morning (and Saturday morning, and I'm sure somewhere between ).
