Ahh.. a 10D!! Me and my brother bought this camera together, after half a year they came out with the 10D which was cheaper and had alot more functions... but I never regret getting the D60, I've learned soooo much with it I know a photographer at Santa Maria Times, although the times provides Nikons (I think D1h's?) He personally uses Canons

Im planning on keeping the family buisness going (produce export), but im majoring in architecture right now

Ah, so you'll be driving a Highlander then

Can't wait for the pics of you stuffing those All-Season 185's and some rad articulation with that wicked suspension travel over monster brocolli!

i finally got around to washing/waxing my truck yesterday.. you wouldn't believe the junk that came out from underneath. i think it took me something like 3hrs total to clean everything down. and i didn't even get the engine really good except for spending a few minutes with the hose on it

You guys that hit the salt water often:

Do you worry about getting rust? I know spraying down the underside really well afterwards but have you guys experienced any rust? I know how intrusive salt water/air can be.

I figure it isn't a big deal if you clean it off.

Yeah I just wash my truck as soon as I can after going to the dunes. I spray off most of the underside as well. My truck is from
PA and has underbody coating on it, but still has rust from just being back there.

Just wash it off really well afterwards (don't forget the engine too!), and be sure to get the underside... when I got my truck I paid to have that scotch guard stuff put on the paint as well, and that seems to help a lot. I had salt water spray on it for like 2 or 3 days once and it washed right off like I had just waxed it.

I try to spray down my truck really well, and when I hit the Dunes I do my best to stay out of the ocean water. So far the only rust I have seen is the really superficial stuff that is on the exposed steel parts (ie: bolts, nuts, etc.). I think Toyota did a pretty decent job of undercoating the Taco's to keep the rust to a minimum.
