possible front suspension problem

I hit a small pot hole the other day where just my right side hit the hole. Now my steering is off and I have a bad pull to the right. No tire or wheel damage. What gives? Do we have weak suspensions?

This is a small pot hole that I've hit with all my cars over the years and nothing has ever happened. Why the FJ which is designed for off road?

It's possible that an alignment cam wasn't tight enough when it was built.

Either way, you get a FREE Alignment during your first 12month/12k mile "adjustment period".

I used the free alignment with Toyota early on, and had it again aligned by a specialty shop that found the caster to be way off & that Toyota aligned to wrong spec. This would be the 3rd alignement in less than 4 weeks.

If Toyota did it wrong, I'd bring it back. There's no reason for you to have a bad alignment, and Toyota should make it right..

I let the dealers do most of my work on all my rigs, but for an alignment I have always gone to a specialty shop such as Les Schwab Tires.

especially if its been done allready in this week, take it back, theres no reason for it to fall out,

i took the advice of some one else here and take a torque wrench with me when getting it from the shop, both times, ive had a couple that were not torqued all the way. In addition to having peace of mind that they are tightened correctly, I have also, both times, received a 1/2 off the next time im in for showing them as I tighten to spec

turns out it was the tires. They swapped both front tires with each other, and now it pulls to left, and steering wheel moved with it. It only happens when the tire gets hot.

Mine isn't affected by re-call, so I was told by Toyota customer service, and is why I never received letter.
