A/T shift linkage with 2” body lift

A/T shift linkage with 2” body lift
Ordered a 2” body lift from 4Crawler.
Everything went great (I thought) until I realized that there was no way to add 2” of height to the A/T linkage.
4Crawler emailed me back with some hum-haw about how they don’t sell many T-100 kits and don’t recall ever seeing linkage like this, etc....
Anyway, in the mean time, the truck is now stuck in “P” until I figure something out.
What am I missing here in terms of an easy “off the shelf” extension?
