Just bought a t100

I just picked up a mint t100 a week ago. A member of another board I frequent recommend you guys.

The previous owner had everything and I mean everything for it. He had so many records it was amazing, only downside is despite it having alot of new parts it has 183 on the body and some components. But the engine has 48k due to a 3.4L headgasket recall was replaced since his wife worked for yota at the time.

Now, I wanna get a TJM or ARB bumper but I cannot figure out which one will fit the truck. I thoguth a warn brushguard which I have found does fit would work but I am worried about protection. I dont plan to do much other than some mild to moderate wheeling.

Other plans include a 4" procomp lift and some bigger tires. Anyone one stock the biggest I can fit-it has 31x10.5x15 on it now I was thinking I could fit 33x12.5x15 (or 10.5) with a lift. I have the 4.10 gears and didnt really wanna change them, I could live with the slight powerloss and offset speedo I guess too.

Next I wanted some smitty nerf bars and skid plates, some offroad lights, and a good rear locker-dunno if I should bother with the front.

Basically mild-moderate wheeler, I dont wanna go crawling.

One other thing: my tailgate unlike all the other ones I ever seen doent have the big T100 logo or sr5 on it. It does have a small t1oo badge tho, doesnt look like anything was removed and the paint matches so it couldnt have been in an accident (carfax says no too). Anyone ever seen this?

Much thanks to everyone

Well thing is neither could I, I lucked out and my parents loaned me some cash. If I sell my 93 camry for 3k I can be much further ahead of the game than atm.

This truck wasnt that expensive at 7k, but the guy had every record and everything was fixed so I figured it was worth it.

Thanks 4Runner, glad to be here.

Thanks Cebby for another tjm bumper site. Does anyone know if the T15 bumper will fit? Or is my only choice a T17 without the integrated brushguard?

I figure I can do one of two things: get a tjm/arb bumper or throw a warn brushguard on it. Question is would the warn even be worth it and stand up to some abuse or should I just get the full bumper?

I also wanted to install a winch and it seems I wouldnt be abel to with the T17.

Warn has a $200 rebate if you buy one of their winches and a transformer brush guard. Check out their website. If that is the case you could get one of their cheap tabor 9K lb winches and a a transformer on the same receipt and get $200 back which could almost pay for the guard.

That really sounds pretty good, I am still worried the transformer bumpetguard wont protect it to well though.
