apparently t100s are notorious for axle wrap, well i would like to know what people do to solve this problem? now this is not a rock crawler with a 45" inch lift so i dont want to get into anything real exspensive or crazy. just a street driven only truck with a 2" body lift that hops the wheels on about any gravel surface. i have read something about using chevy springs but i havent been able to find any real details about what yrs and yada yada. all help is appreciated. thanks!

im sure they would but i just looked around a lil bit without any REAL research and the only thing i saw was about $450. im looking for a cheaper solution than that. i didnt know if a add a leaf system may work or not. im sure there has been alot of people do different things. anybody know anything that works?

 

How do you know that's axle wrap? Do you have a 2WD or 4WD?

well i guess i would consider it more wheel hop than axle wrap. any gravel driveway that has a slight incline looks like a motocross track when i get through with it. its just an annoyance. i have a 4 wheel drive. thanks for all the help so far

 

To be honest, I don't think there's gonna be much help with wheel hop on a gravel surface. Just go easy with the throttle is the only thing I can add to what's already here...

Well the way I solved my axle wrap was to break it by wrapping the spring perches right through the axle housing, then paying the Moab 4x4 Outpost $500 to weld in a lot of reinforcement steel around the leaf spring mounts. The rear end is stiffer now, would have been nice to do this before breaking it made it necessary.
