Can someone tell me where my fuel pump relay is located on a 96 t100 4x4 3.4L?

Fuel pump relay, aka Circuit Opening Relay, should be located behind the right kick panel about midway up.

Did you check your fuses? The 15A EFI fuse is the one that sends power to the fuel pump via the Circuit Opening Relay (aka fuel pump relay). The other one is the 7.5A IGN fuse that sends the control power to the relay. Are you sure your fuel pump is working?
