wiring the oil pressure gauge

on my NON-USDM diesel truck? same body as your 3rd gen trucks, my gauge cluster has no oil pressure gauge, and voltmeter?

If I would transplant just these two, as they seemed to fit right in, is the pressure sending switch will just be needed on the oil pressure gauge? what will happen to the indicator light for it?

how to wire the voltmeter?

thanks

A common swap in the US trucks is to swap in the full gauge cluster for the basic one (aka SR-5 cluster swap). Usually the wiring is there already. Of course swapping the pressure switch for the pressure sender will make the oil light lo longer work. Often there are extra oil pressure locations on the block that you may be able to screw the pressure switch into. Volt meter would simply get wired to some switched power source.
