So, I'm thinking about drilling two 2 inch holes, one on each end of the rear bumper of my 2000 4Runner. The left will be a 2" Red LED for a rear fog light, the right a 2" White LED for the reverse light. What do you guys think, ghetto? Otherwise I'll just figure a way to make a Rear Fog out of my RR factory lens.

Instead of drilling holes in your bumper, would it not be easier to mount a set of cheap fog lamps under your bumper and use those instead? Many others here have mounted various types of fogs under their rear bumpers, if rearward visibility is your goal. There are also specific lamps with red lenses you could mount in place of one of the fogs, if you absolutely have to have a rear red fog light.
