Do the hazard lights work? The hazard switch is tied into the turn signal circuit on a lot of cars? Was there any work done before all this happened? I'm damned good at diagnosing electrical issues but I'll need more info.

No they don't. The switch sticks for the hazards. No other work has been done that I know of.

I did a little more checking on the hazard switch I believe it is bad could this be my problem. If not I'm thinking maybe the switch on the column next. Hope that's not it. I have no voltage going to the blinker relay under the dash but I do have voltage to the hazard switch

yes if the hazards aren't connected or the switch is bad the signals will not work. this circuit has 2 fuses, one under the hood labeled "haz-horn" 15A and another inside labeled "turn" 10A. check for power at the hazard switch. blue/white (has-horn fuse) should always have power and green/black (turn fuse) only with the switch in ignition position. Let me know if this helps!
