Most kits should come with everything you need which includes: bulbs, wiring and ballasts. If you have a rig with sealed beams you would also have to buy H4 conversion housings, but otherwise you just need the HID kit. I have sealed beams so I had to buy the housing and my first kit I bought from xenonlink.com but I now have a projector kit that I bought from Ebay. If you buys from ebay just make sure the kit comes with ballasts and wiring, my projector kit did not come with ballasts but I already had them from my previous kit.

Well the projector kit I bought is a new kit from ebay here is the link to my thread about the kit : https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f105...ro-kit-186175/

This kit comes with everything you need, but you could also piece together your own kit from other cars projectors, but the cost is a lot higher. Projectors are definitely better than just HIDs because HIDs are blinding for oncoming traffic.

Last time I checked the projector kit was only $70 with out ballasts and some sellers were selling the kit with ballasts for $125. I paid $125 for the kit without ballasts and of course right after I did the price dropped!! Go to ebay and search "projector len kit" spell lens without the s and you will see the kits. HID kits are getting really cheap on ebay but when I bought mine it was around $100 for a kit with High and low beam from xenonlink.

you can do it one of two ways.
1: buy http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BLK-9...mZ220525653096
than buy a H4 (hi/low) Hid Kit for $49.95plus shipping from http://www.ddmtuning.com/index.php?p...=102&parent=85

or you can buy it all together
