97 4run to 99 4run headlight conversion ?

Will a 99 headlight fit into the 97 headlight bucket and have the adjuster screws line up in the right spots? I just got a 99 headlight assy and the bucket is broken. I can fix it with my plastic welder but if I dont have to then all the better for me

no offense here man, but just do some searching bfore asking some things...people ask this like 5 times a day it seems like. but YES, you can replace 96-98 headlights with the 99-02 headlights and they will bolt right in...

Thats not what I asked. I know they will bolt right in. I want to know if the BUCKETS are the same. By buckets I mean to black plastic piece that bolts into the car that the actual headlight assembly sits in. I did do a search btw and couldnt find an answer about that question. Just that you can bolt directly in which I knew
