i have a 95 4runner it has a problem with the headlight switch too its seems like the headlight switch isnt making good contact, ill turn the headlights on but theyll go off after ive applied a good amount of force to the switch it almost seems like in order for them to make a good contact it has to have excessive force so i bought a used combo switch put it on and it worked for a day or so then it stopped working so i went and bought a brand new headlight switch and i wired the new switch into my old assembly well now this switch is broken i just checked the relay, well what im assuming was the relay, but it clicked perfectly fine when the switch makes good contact,and now im going crazy knowing that i have to take my kick panel and column panels off again and possibly pull my wheel off for the 5th time please im desperate because i work nights and i cant afford any more tickets.
