1990 Toyota Pickup, 22RE, 4WD, Turn Signal Issue

I have a 1990 Toyota Pickup I just purchased. It had some stupid Euro tailights on it that I have replaced with new stock ones. Ever since I got the truck the signals have not worked, but everything else has. The tailights, brake lights, reverse lights and hazards all work. The turn signals dont, the green arrows dont even blink. We put my multi function switch on another truck and it worked so Im thinking bad wiring/relay. Where is the turn signal relay located and how do I get to it?

Thanks.

Flasher aka. turn signal relay should be located under the dash directly over top of the steering column.
