2000 land cruiser flasher relay location?

anyone know where it is?? I've asked on ih8mud, toyotanation, google...no one knows?? The parts guy at the dealership said it looked like it was behind the guage cluster, but nothing is there, I asked a service tech, and he said it usually near the fuse block, but I removed the trim pannel and still no relays....

am I blind?

Usually a Factory Service Manual Body Electrical section will show component locations.

On my '85 4Runner, it is behind the driver's side kick panel.
