Have your mechanic check the bracket and or firewall area at the clutch, these break and cause the clutch not to fully engage.

Also check the shifter seat and bushing. The seat deteriorates and doesn't Alow the shifter to fully engage gears.

so as far as swapping the ecu, and putting a 2nd gen trd supercharger on... how difficult are we talking here... and i have an abstract idea... hear me out here.. a remote supercharger... i know its a concept... use the stock intake and maf and build a bracket in place of the a/c condensor... and hear me out.... put a supercharger there.... i know what your thinking.. this guuys a ˟˟˟˟ing moron... but.. again.. in the t100 you have alll that room. that could be a cool idea andsomething neat to see.. theoretically you could put any size supercharger you want.. the piping would be difficult.. and finding a good sized belt could be an issue.. but its possible to mate a flange and gasket on the underside of the supercharger.. its just how determined you are.. i mean whats the difference between that and a turbo and using the stock intake manifold.. right?

Like i been saying a chevy 350 will work and be 10x easier to get in there and wire up.

If your dead set on a toyota you need to install the lexus/tundra v8.
