Question About Bolts
#2
Technically no. Why? Grade 8 implies SAE threads and assuming you are asking about a Toyota engine, that would be metric threads. So you would be looking for Class 10.9 or 8.8 hardware. Nor sure what grade/size the stock bolts are. You could probably determine which my looking at the tightening torque and bolt size and see what class would be best for that.

Scary as it is I have seen Metric bolts being called grade 5 and grade 8 go figure .
If it was me take your VIN in hand and go get new bolts from your dealer the prices on stuff like that I dont think are bad at all. if it was me I would get a few extra no doubt I would drop one and it would vanish before it hit the floor
