manifold collector bolt size 3.0

1990 3.0 has 2 out of the 3 nuts / bolt missing on the left side, the remaining tapered bolt is welded at head . I can still use it if I know what thread. 10x1.25mm perhaps?

You are right M10X1.25

Toyota has really cool stainless lock nuts I use them all the time.
