got a panhard rod from sonoransteel.com and new rear shocks from the dealer. those are now on.

got (4) new warn solenoids to rebuild the control box from scratch. the old ones will be spares. i'll relocate the box with some heavy-gauge wiring to the firewall area while i'm at it.

ordered the timing belt, water pump, cam seals, crank seal, and assorted other stuff like belts etc. bought a 2nd gen supercharger complete with a 7th injector kit to install for a little more ummph. i have a used valve body with solenoids on the way ($20 shipped) that will get the full IPT treatments.

that should keep me busy for a while and make this thing fun to DD in my 120-mile daily commute again.

Well, since this has been resurrected (not in any order):

Soon:
Fix several broken/stripped bolts (including the crossthreaded and broken blind nut on my front bumper/skid mount and a few for the top and rollbar)
Finishing touches on my Budbuilt skids
Make new brackets and install my free Integra seats
Fully clean truck inside and out (it's been awhile)
Extend rear diff breather further
Front brake pads
Adjust T-bars again
Replace relay for my Hellas and wire switch
Get a new rear wiper blade (nobody seems to stock them for the 1st gen)
Remove stock spare tire carrier
Roof Rack and light mounts of some sort
Sliders
Replace Firestik spring with stronger one

Future:
Total Chaos Caddy 2 Kit
33x10.50 15 BFG ATs
New rear springs and relocated shocks
Redone interior side panels with better insulation and built in subs and component speakers
Custom rear bumper and tire carrier (I'm talking plans over with Independent4x)
New exhaust system with header
Built 22R-E, possible turbo
Rebuild trans (or install stronger one based on new motor power output)
4.7:1 T-case gears
Electric fan
Window tint and black out rear side windows

runner is now in the shop and tomorrow will get:

timing belt
tensioner
water pump
crank seal
cam seals
accessory belts

i had all intentions of doing it myself, but i can't find the time. i got the parts a while back from strap22 for $204, and now i'm paying $200 labor for the install. not bad at all.
