The retard that had it before I did used that rubber spray can ˟˟˟˟ to try and seal up a hole in the axle housing. The diff is so bad the rear wheels are completely locked up.

$7600 for my 2001 4x2 Limited w/ 98k mi., 2 years ago, in excellent condition. Perfect replacement for previous minivan....wife loves it, her daily driver, our family trip/camping cruiser. One of the best, most reliable and care-free vehicles I've ever had. (better than my daily driver Accord. Must be the truck platform).

Recently paid $500 for an '87 SR5 4Runner 22RE 5speed.
Has some issues, but was able to get it home on its own power.

I bought the 88 in 2006 for $936 on Ebay and I acquired my 94 a few years ago for $2600. The 88 had 159K miles on her and the 94 had around 146k miles I believe when I bought them.

The 88 was my first Yota and made me a believer....

I also have a '95 SR5 4Runner 3.0 5speed that I bought earlier this year.
Like new condition with 108,000 when I got her.
$3800, but well worth the price.

Purchased in April '13: Black, 2004 4Runner V6, 4.0 Sport Edition, Leather trim, 108k, 1 owner...it was a trade in...dealer wanted 12k. My buddy n I hijacked the salesman n the rig to his shop, got it on the lift, and gave it a cavity search for 3 hours. We gave the salesman a list and a price 10.5K. List included new front rotors, tires, fluids, pass. side window motor, n a new rear seat belt...they came back with all the fixes in 2 days n I've been happy every since! Have since installed weathertech mats throughout and am about to get a bit crazy w/it. J/c, any advice on tires that will take me through a new england winter, tow 5k, and not completely kill my fuel economy?
