Gauge Range

For anyone that is running a 22RTE, what kind of boost pressure are you running on average? It's a really minor thing, but I'm looking for how large a range I should look for in a boost gauge.

I've been told that gauges usually work best in the middle of their range, so I'm not sure if I want a 0-30psi gauge or a 0-15psi gauge. I like the 0-15 more just because I can more clearly see changes in pressure.

But considering I don't think I'd be running less than 7psi and don't think I'd be going more than 15psi(ever), but 15 puts it right at the extreme end of the calibration and won't tell me if I have an over boost problem.

Ideally 0-20, but I can't find one.

OR

Both gauges are the same price: $50 from summit

I was thinking about that(range I want), but I'm measuring at the TB so won't ever see vacuum(if I do something is very wrong).

I didn't see that one though, thanks.

I don't think that you get over 6-7psi of boost, so the 0-15psi should be fine. The 0-30 psi gauge is definitely overkill.

if you are looking for a 0-20 then get the 30psi one, or what about an auto meter gauge
