3vze EFi fuse goes every 5 minutes and car wont start now.. HELP

Well if the wiring is melted, your best option would probably be to cut back the wires to where the insulation is intact. Then you might opt for a "universal" O2 sensor which is the type you splice into the existing wiring instead of the OE type where you plug into the factory connector.
