Is there a remote or cable shifter for an RF1A

Kind of a stupid question, but I've been digging around the world wide interwebs looking for an answer, and searching Google these days is like walking into door-to-door salesman's convention with a Benjamin stapled to your forehead. So, I figured I'd ask the question here.

I'm hoping someday to run dual t-cases on my truck, but I've got a problem: I've got a really nice 60/40 bench seat in my truck that I combed much of California looking for; I don't want to lose it in the process.
With this in mind, is there a remote shifter system for the second t-case, something that moved the lever forward near the stock shifter location.

Pardon the cruddy Sketchup graphic, but this is a rough sketch of what I'm trying to find:

A is the lever and fulcrum, it retains the forward-back motion necessary to engage the additional low range and disengage it.
B is the actual shifter lever, connected to the operative lever by a tie-rod.

Has anybody seen one of these things around?

Something like this?

http://www.radesignsproducts.com/Triple_Sticks.html

I believe the way that setup works is the middle stick controls the first transfer case as it would ordinarily(J pattern 2H/4H/N/4L). And the outer sticks control 2H/4H(outer right?) and 2H/4H to N/2L/4L(outer left?) independently on the second transfer case.

That's my best guess anyway. But I might be backwards in my description of the outer sticks, as far as which one does what(the right or the left).

Fantastic!
Thanks!

Although, reading up on this one, it looks like it's for top-shift only, and my L52 is a forward shift.
Keepin' my eyes peeled...

Well, you can request/submit your idea to RADesigns. Like these guys did.
Cable Toyota t-case twin and triple stick shifters!!!!!!

Toyota dual case fwd shift relocation lever, something simple to move the front lever back to the top shift location allowing a Triple Sticks setup.
Maybe even give him a price for how much you'd be willing to pay for him to make you one.

RADesigns thrives on innovation, but we can't own and drive everything(dang it) so I'll add ideas, concepts and requests here. Your part will email me your interests in seeing something listed here put into production as well as your ideas to be added.

Of course I can't build them all and it would be impractical to build a product that sells 3 a year. Unless the price was right of course............................
Your feedback will help us continue to grow. tech@radesignsproducts.com or leave them on the Notebook page.

Seems to me it wouldn't be terribly difficult to retrofit that to a forward-shift setup. The bolt pattern on the housing is slightly different, and the shift rods would have to be longer, but that's not too bad.

I think there are a couple companies that make triple stick kits....so search for that. Maybe somebody makes one for a forward shift setup.

Nope. First tcase doesn't have 4WD, it's just a gearbox. They are all three straight forward-back patterns. Left and center shifting between Hi and Lo on the separate tcases, right 2W to 4W.

I see. That makes sense. But what about N? There's still 2 of those right(in between H & L on both cases)?

Yep

Although, as I read it, I think I got the left and right backwards. Pretty sure it's the Left side one that does 4WD, and the other 2 gear ranges.

Agreed, I think this makes the most sense

I think it would correspond to the shift rails in the t-case.
IIRC on a stock t-case, the R/H rail runs the range and the L/H one runs the engagement.
Which means in the case of a triple shifter, the R/H would be range on the second case, the center one would be range for the first case, and the leftmost one would be the selector.

Good idea.
I'm gonna keep snooping, but the price on that is too fair to pass up, even if I buy one from them and have the shop I go to mod it to work on a forward-shift case when the time comes.
