Angry Weird Throttle Issue

Alright ran into this recently, Driving around town youd never notice it, however if your climbing or 4 wheeling, hitting bumps and your on the throttle it will little jump the pedal back and forth, it will literally jerk away from my foot or push back against me, it screws with me when im needing to be controlling the gas pedal, i also have something that might be involved,

A while back when i was climbing up a hill my throttle got stuck up to a real high rpm, open the hood and the throttle cable where it is attatched to the bracket is loose,

i thought about throwing a sleeve over it and clamping it can that be where i am getting my jumping gas pedal?

Also noticed this morning it was VERY cold at least here and when it gets that cold and o go start my truck my gas pedal is sticky, as in press the gas and the throttle doesnt let off as fast as it should it slowly lets off, Revs till it drops back lol

where would that be located ill check it out. is it the spring that puts pressure on the pedal itself or is it somewhere else?

It would be a good idea to replace the throttle cable, if it should decide to stick at the wrong time that could be real bad.

Go to the stealership and ask to look at schematic, then order one.

If I am thinking right, the spring is on the TB, and a little white lithium grease will keep it from sticking.

550 cord oughtta do the trick, right? or a really good rubber band?

mine 'sticks' around 2000rpm sometimes, getting worse. a quick 'blip' of the pedal and it settles back to normal idle. thinkin' I have similar issues.... going to go look right now
